Moxule Product Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Scope

1. This warranty policy applies to products purchased from official Moxule channels.

2. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. Please refer to the product packaging for the specific duration.

3. This warranty covers performance failures caused by defects in the product's materials or workmanship under normal use.

II. Warranty Service Content

If your product is within the warranty period and meets the above warranty coverage criteria as confirmed by Moxule or an authorized service center, we will provide you with the following compensation plan:

1. With your consent, we will compensate you with a reasonable amount based on the actual value of the product at the time of failure. 

2. If the product cannot be repaired, Moxule will replace it with a brand new item of similar material and price. If the corresponding style is out of stock, Moxule will decide at its discretion whether to refund the original purchase price of the item in full. Repaired or replaced products are only covered by warranty for the remaining warranty period.

III. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

- Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidental harm.
- Damage from using the product for purposes outside its intended design.
- This warranty applies to one repair or compensation event per original purchase.

IV.Who Is Eligible for This Warranty?

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required to make a claim.


V.  How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our customer service team via email:service@moxule.com.
2. Provide:
- Your original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect and its context.
3. We will review your claim within 24 hours and provide a resolution.
